Daily Journal 3/30

The clock winked at me from a tower as I was exploring the market area in a small village. The clock began to speak to me, asking me if I would like to have the ability to move time foward and back bewteen a set amount of years. I looked around to see if any of the villagers can hear this clock talking, and I had a few people stare at me as I was trying to talk to this clock. I told him that I would like to, and with one of his hands on his face, he pointed at a temple that I should enter in. When I entered, the whole place was big and empty, but I saw a giant door at the end that was sealed. As I was figuring out a way to get in, I noticed three big jewels spread out from the temple. So I picked them up, placed them by the door, and the door suddenly vanished. When I entered that room, I noticed a sword in a pedistal, so I pulled it as had as I could, and when I grabbed it out, a blue light came up from underneath me. When the light vanished, I suprisingly got older, and when I looked at a calendar by the temple enterance, I noticed that 7 years had past, and the whole village looked like it was in an apocolypse.

Daily Journal 3/29

At the beginning of my spring break on Friday, I threw up in the morning and got sick, so I had to have a sick day from school, which kind of sucked since I didn't want to feel behind on anything. After drinking lots of fluids and having a ton of naps while staying in my bed the whole day, I felt a lot better the next day. On Sunday, I went over to my grandparent's house in Alexandria and stayed there for most of my spring break. I didn't do much while I was over there, some of the bigger things I did that day were going to see a movie with them, eating out at a pizza buffet, and have my grandma help me work on my resume and essay for a scholarship I'm applying for. Most of the time, all I did was relax by the TV playing Pokemon Black on my DSi, went on Facebook and Youtube on the computer, and watched Jeopardy with my grandma at 4:30 practically every day. When I went home on Friday, I didn't do anything else during the last few days of my break, just hanged out with my friends on Friday and worked on plenty of homework on Sunday. Overall, it was a pretty good break.

Daily Journal 3/28

I feel so dirty after I was used to scoop up some wild rice soup and put into some person's mouth, and to make things feel weirder, I'm standing next to more messy utensils in some dark and wide room with dirty dishes and cups standing above us. All I wanted was to get cleaned up and put back in my original place with my other fellow spoons. We were all standing in that samedark place for days and days still feeling dirty and sad. When we all lost hope, soapy water began to deluge us and suddenly, I began to feel clean and BLGRHGBGRLGLRBLRBGBLGRLBGRLBGRLGRLRGLGRBRLBGRGBRLRBLGBRR GNGGNRLGRNGLRNGHGRLGNGHRLGNRHGNLRGHRNGLRGHNGRLGHRGNRLHGNRGLH NGRLNGLRNGLRGNRLGNRLGRNLGRNGLRGNRLGNRRLRGRLHGNRHGRHGLRHGNNGRL BGHLEGHEGBLEBGEHBGELHBGEHGGBGBLBGEHLGLBGHEBLBGEHLGBEGLGELGHGHGL GLENRNGRLNGLRGHGNRBNGHBHGLBHGLHBRLGHBHGLBLRHGHBHGHBRLBHLGHBLR!! After that, I felt so clean and so alive again, and after that washing, we were all put back in our normal places, waiting to be use again by people and to get dirty again. I may be a utensil, and it may be a part of my job, but I hate getting dirty.

Something I would like to invent to help mankind would be some sort of machine that spreads some kind of aura that calms people down and makes them happy and peacful, to stop people's minds of crime and murder, and to stop all the wars and conflict that's destroying everyone's bonds with one another. And it could possibly remove all the conflicts and problems going on in the world, like poverty and corrupt governments.

Daily Journal 3/17 A Random Dream

I have a ton of random dreams; oftentimes so random, I can't actually remember it when I wake up in the morning, but there are a few awesome and pretty random dreams I remember having. I once dreamed about trying to make plans with friends to go to a fair. However, they weren't my real life friends, they were characters from an anime called Clannad. I had three of the characters' cell phone numbers and I called and asked them if they would want to go to a fair with me. The first character I called and asked was Kyou Fujibiyashi, and she said yes and that she'd bring her sister Ryou with. The next character I asked was Kotomi Ichinose, and she gladly said yes and would like to try to show up as soon as possible. The last character I asked was Tomoyo Sakagami, and she said she'd go, but she said that she'd be running a little late because of a councler meeting since she's the student body president. We all met up by the entrance and Tomoyo showed up earlier than expected and said that the meeting was a lot shorter than usual. So we entered the fair, looked at a few things, had some food, and when there was more to explore, we decided to seperate into groups; Tomoyo went with Ryou and Kyou and I was left to go with Kotomi. After the seperating, the rest of the dream was practically a blur, probably since a lot more random crap was going on...

Daily Journal 3/16

I wish someone would tell me that there would be an opportunity for people anywhere in America to be able to go over to Japan over spring break and help out everyone that was affected by the earthquake and tsunami that happened there. Just seeing all the carnage that's happened makes me very concerned and I want to be able to them out any way I can. I also want to go over there to see my host family/exchange student's family over in Toyama and, even though they weren't extremely affected by the earthquakes, see if they're doing all right from the chaos and I would probably hug all of them and cry about my concerns about Japan and for joy that they're safe. Even though Japan looks strong and promising, after seeing the chaos from the earthquakes and tsunami, it made think a lot more differently of the lives and strength of every country.

Al is a very good shoe maker who is really dedicated to his work, and he loves his job so much, he wants to make something unique that looks like a shoe. About 6 months and $100,000 later, he got a shoe car customized and built for him. He drove it around everywhere he went and a lot of people looked very interested in his awesome shoe car. A lot of people wanted to take pictures with him in his vehicle, and others wanted to try driving it, but Al didn't want any of them to drive it then have it get crashed. Others gave him dirty looks and said to him that that vehicle was a waste of money to make. The only real negative about it is that the shoe car is a big right footed shoe and it has a tendency of curving to the left, but he managed to make it drive straight after the first few test runs. After showing it off in the city, he decided to enter it in a race. When he put his foot nearly all the way down on the pedal, it wasn't going all that fast compared to the other race cars. When he made it to the jump, he put his foot all the way down on the pedal and jumped up really high, and when he landed, he stomped on top of another car. Even though he didn't win, he love his new car no matter what people think of it.

Daily Journal 3/14: My Journey on a Pirate Ship

Ahoy there, mateys! I was sailing on my magnificent ship with me amazing crew of my friends Eric and Tyler, Captain Jack Sparrow, Captain Barbosa, Tetra and her fellow pirate mateys, and Monkey D. Luffy. As we were sailing and looking for treasure, a fleet of French navel ships started chasing after us. They were firing their onslaght cannons at us, but those scaliwags missed every shoot they fired by thousunds of miles it seemed. Then a great and terrifying Kraken came up and destroyed the entire fleet, and soon afterwards started chasing after us. Then to make things worse, a fleet of British navel ships were heading towards us in the opposite direction and we were entirely stuck. Then me matey, Luffy came up with a great idea; he stretched out his rubber arms to wrap around the Kraken, and with the help of the rest of me crew, he threw the Kraken rightat the British skaliwags and took them all out, and the Kraken fled down right down into Davey Jone's Locker. And so we continued our journey to find the One Piece and any other treasure me crew can find!

An old farmer was furious that all these rabbits were eating all of his carrots and lettuce, so he decided to try to hunt them with his shotgun. Unfortunately, the rabbits were way too fast for him, and the farmer had really bad aiming as well. He even tried setting up bear traps by them and have a carrot in the middle of it as bait, but the rabbits never got anywhere near them. He even put up electrical fences around his vegetable garden, but the rabbits digged under those fences and got through to the vegetables once again. Then he realized that there was one fat rabbit that was eating most of the vegetables, and he remembered that rabbits have great hearing. So he got about 50 feet away from then started saying "You know, back when I was a young lad..." The fat rabbit fell asleep almost instantly, but the farmer kept going on his stories for about three hours, and when he was done, the rabbit was still asleep. So the farmer put the rabbit in a cage and decided to keep it as a pet to have someone actually listen to his tales of when he was younger, and the rabbit was always so sleepy and bored from every single one of those boring stories.

Indiana Jones was grabbing another rare and priceless treasure in an ancient ominous temple hopes of bringing it into a museum. When he swiftly grabbed the treasure, magma began to flow from behind him, and he noticed a way out from the top of the temple. He was reaching for his whip when he realized that it disappeared somehow. So Indie had to climb up the walls and jump across many stone pillars to reach the top. When he got out of the lava pit, he noticed a small hallway that lead to the outside. However, that hallway contained many poisonous snakes. Indie grabbed a torch next to him and attempted to use it to scare them away. He nearly got bitten countless times while trying to walk carfully over to the exit of the temple. When he finally made it out, he saw Shorty standing near the enterance, beating up some Nazi bad guys with Indie's whip. By the time Shorty fending all the Nazis off, Indie went up to him asking him why he took the whip. Shorty proudly responded saying "I want to be like you, beating up bad guys, getting rare treasure, and getting lots of girls!"

Daily Journal 3/8

I'm a pile of paper that had useful information on the amount on savings account amounts in the past that the person now considers useless. The person saved up 50 of us papers for good measure, and now he plans to rid of us by the use of a shredder. We all get scared seeing the sight of the gigantic glutton of paper and we hoped that the window would open to blow us out of the pile, or hopefully getting blown to the outside world. The first piece of paper that was on to was completly scared knowing that he'd be the first and he was having suicidal thoughts, even though he knew he couldn't kill himself no matter how hard he tried. We have heard the grinding of the shredder and the screams of other pieces of paper while we were hidden in a self in the person's work desk and we all hoped that we wouldn't have to die a painful death. When it was finally our time to come, the first piece of paper on top got shredded and we heard him screaming in pain. However, instead of killing the pile one at a time, he picked us all up and we were all shredded at the same time. After the shredding, we were reduced to thousands of small strips in a giant pile of other strips. Instead of being with a new family of papers, after being shredded, the person burned the rest of us and we were reduced to nothing.

Daily Journal 3/7

Mariah Bartsch and Joey Catsalgi met on his first day of work. Joey was so excited to begin his job and try out his learning experience from a business college. Joey had an easy time getting into the business college from his high grades and his parents helped him pay for some of the college expenses. Mariah on the other hand didn't have it so easy. Her parents got divorced when she was about 6 years old and both of them were pretty poor and they didn't pay nearly any attention to her since they were both trying to make a living from the poor jobs they had. She also had bad grades in school and when she was in high school, when she found out what she wanted to do and what college she wanted to go to, she had to do a lot of cramming on studying and school work and barely got into a community college. She had to get a job before she ended high school and throughout college in order to pay for the expenses, which her parents souldn't easily afford. Despite those problems in the past, Joey wanted to become great friends with Mariah and help her out with the problems she's been having recently. After seeing Joey being so optimistic and happy, Mariah mangaged to smile for the first time after her parent's divorce.

Final Poem.....

I watch the Sakura petals gliding in the breeze as I travel up the steep hill

Heading up to begin my first days of high school and start on a new journey

Ready to being my new classes and make new friends with happiness and strong will

But as I keep walking, I start to remember the fun things during by vacation that I miss so badly

Freely going to many shops, restaurants, and karaoke places with my middle school friends

Walking in parks full of Sakura trees and sitting by sand gardens calming my mind and soul

Oh, how I wished all those beautiful days of freedom never ends

But I'll feel more sad once those days of beautiful springs and summers hit their toll.

I would pay for the fastest transportation possible to head to Japan. While I'm at Japan, I would eat a ton of ramen, curry, udon, yakisoba, and okonomiyaki and not care about my stomach. I'd visit all the big and awesome shops in Akihabara in Tokyo where I can buy whatever the heck I want and have it stored with all of my other memorable items. I'd also go over to Toyama to see my exchange student and see his family to see what they've been up to and tell them that I will suddenly die soon. I'd also try to visit as many shrines and temples as I can. Then I'd end things by playing as many of my favorite video games as I possibly can and watch as much of my favorite anime shows as I can.

Villanelle Poem

Soaring in the clear skies is a fiery dragon

with its tail and wings burning ablaze

and a body shining an elegant crimson.

Living freely high in a burning mountain

Full of scorching rocks, lava and blaze

Feeling safe and dominant in his fiery heaven.

Gliding in the dark clouds is an icy dragon

with body and claws covered in ice and haze

shining a beautiful sapphire and eyes glowing of jasmine.

Living in a mountainous forest that's completely frozen

with dead trees and harsh blizzards creating an inescapable maze.

staying safely and calmly in his freezing haven.

Fire and ice are two opposites, but with a bond that can't be easily broken

Living the way they've always without harm from the human's ways

No knights slaying or formations of a village rebellion.

Fighting each other because they are opposites is their only reason

Fighting with freezing ice and incinerating blaze

Burning strength and cool wisdom making a strong legion

Two opposites with a strong bond, the fire and the ice dragon.

Etheree Poem

Sword
of the
light goddess,
the one weapon
that can defeat the
evil gods of darkness
and free humanity from
the end of their world and of light.
One with the pure heart of the goddess
may wield it and fulfill light's prophecy.

How ridiculous I was as Aquaman. From some random marine biological science experiment gone horribly wrong, I apparently gained the useless, goofy power of Aquaman. To make this twist even more silly and stupid, my powers work less than half the time, and everytime I fail at communicating with a sea creature, they begin to attack me for reasons unknown. When I first did the marine biology studying, the only fear I had was having a shark or whale jump out of the water and splash water on me, and everytime one jumped up, I ran behind one of my workers thinking "don't drench me, man.", now I fear the possibility of an octopus putting its tenticles on my face or getting attacked by sharks or dolphins. And when I'm on land, my powers don't do ANYTHING! Being Aquaman sucks!

One thing I'd like to change about our own government would probably have to be with the decision making on new laws and bills, to make it more simple and if it passes, try to have the process sped up more than usual since it seems so hard for many bills to be passed and it takes forever for them to go into effect. Another thing to change for the government is to have anything that doesn't seem to screw up the whole country and make our way of living a whole lot easier and having that "American Dream" actually be posible. Something to change for the Real World would have to be ending all that corruption and all in countries like the Middle East, Korea, and Cuba; and also stopping the poverty/corruption in all parts of Africa. I'd also think of supplying more money and supplies to all the places that need it like Africa aand Haiti. A lot of us can only hope good things will happen to this world, but with the way all the governments are set up, it'll take an eternity before the world gets better.
